NoVA Dry needling is a cash based private practice, meaning that we do not accept or bill your insurance for our services. We keep prices much lower than competitors who can charge 2-3x more per session, as we have a home based office. Our rates are ideal for those who have not met their deductible, or who have expensive copays or coinsurance payments. You get 1:1 care, flexible scheduling online or via text message and a service that is not covered by insurance. Weekends hours are always available, and evenings available upon request. Dry Needling is typically not covered under insurances and when it is performed under insurance at other clinics, the time spent on dry needling is not reimbursed.

Our price for an Initial consultation and treatment is $120 (cash pay rate). Please ask us if we are currently running any promotional offers for our teachers/students/healthcare workers/veterans before you schedule your appointment. Our follow up appointments range from $45-$95 (cash pay rate) and we offer bundles to make your appointments as affordable as possible.

Your insurance may cover some of our services such as your initial evaluation, therapeutic exercise, or ergonomic suggestions which may be included in your treatment. NoVA Dry Needling will still require full payment upon delivery of services, but may provide you with a superbill upon request when this is applicable, which you can submit to your insurance to get full or partial reimbursement retroactively. Please note that the majority of the services provided will likely not be applicable to be retroactively reimbursed by your insurance, typically it is only the initial evaluation that is covered. Medicare does not accept superbills even for the initial evaluation.

We accept cash/check/venmo/zelle to qualify for the cash pay rate, but will also accept credit card.
